Fairplan

Fairplan logo Fairplan is a flexible web-based work planning tool which is easy to use and targeted towards the individual employee.

What makes Fairplan unique is that employees have great influence on which shifts the want to take and when they wish to be off duty. Fairplan guarantees a fair distribution of both popular and less attractive shifts via a priority principle by which the employees take turns to have the good priorities.

Fairplan can be deployed in a long range of companies, institutions and associations; everything from shops to larger emergency management agencies or hospitals.
